Life is being hard, and we're circling around the edges of some stuff in therapy that has me feeling vulnerable and fragile, so I'm not feeling very safe in the world. Keeping it together for work is taking all my energy, so the rest of the time I'm hiding under the (metaphorical) covers. I'm still here, though, and OK other than that.
