Subscriptions are Underway

litoteaseI got the invite code in the middle of the week from Hell. But I need to post something here, so.
I just counted; I've got 52 LiveJournals bookmarked. Not friended, bookmarked. Almost all of them are journals of authors I love (and owe feedback to, but that's a different issue -- I think). I've been reading that way because "friending" seemed sorta-- presumptuous. Overly familiar. Untruthful.
But, oh, I'm subscribing like crazy.
I'm not giving access while I'm doing it. (I mean, if anybody who doesn't have it wants access, ask, it's yours; but really I'm a reader, not a writer, and I generally post more about personal stuff than fannish stuff, and I almost never lock anything anyway, so, y'know.... *shrugs*)
